Two men drive up in a van and tear down branches of a smoke tree at 446 Warren Street. The branches, now in bloom, are worth hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.

I know you wonder late at night, ‘Why does Trixie write this blog? I mean, it’s nice and all that, but really, don’t they have other things to do?’
I wonder the same thing.
Yet, every summer I need to update my page on ice cream in Hudson, and I remember I can use my ice cream purchases as ‘research’ – and in theory, as tax deductions!
You can take the drag queen out of accounting, but you cannot take the accounting out of the drag queen. Or, something like that.
