Bibbe Hansen is a performer, writer, and visual artist. She is the daughter of Fluxus artist Al Hansen, and the mother of artist Channing Hansen and the pop musician Beck. A longtime participant in avant-garde contemporary art communities, Bibbe co-starred with Edie Sedgwick in Andy Warhol’s film “Prison.” Her recently published “Factory Poems” (Waverly Press) is dedicated to the mélange of characters that inhabited the inner orbit of Andy Warhol’s Factory during the 1960s.
Shannon Reault is a poet from Hudson, NY. She is a climate scientist at an NGO, and writes in her free time. Shannon is previously unpublished and is working on a collection of poems pertaining to chronic illness, disability, and grief. In February, Shannon shared a 20-minute story about her experience of disability and identity at Small Potatoes Playhouse’s Storytime event. She is an active member of the Hudson Writing Group, where she is drafting a longer fictional piece. You can find Shannon at most Park Theater Open Mic Nights. She is excited to continue sharing her work and engaging with Hudson’s creative community.
Cynthia Ross is the original all girl punk band architect. She’s seen it all, done it all, outlived most, and writes bruised, raw and nakedly revealing poems that will make you cry. Her current projects include a words and music LP “The Secret Door” on Tarbeach Records, her poetry book “The Secret Door” on Far West Press, and appearances in several NYC underground documentary films.
