The famous Home Depot slogan, “Doers get more done,” is etched into advertising history. The first time I heard it; it stuck with me. Simple. True. It captured something I’ve always believed: those who take action get results. I’m a doer—and so is Carrie Dandridge.
Carrie, a Columbia County native, has spent her adult life in hospitality, connecting people, solving problems, and getting things done. She’s been one of the brains behind Birch Hill Estate’s Summer Market Day (yes, we’ll be there!), managed Airbnbs and short-term rentals, staged homes with her Plush Staging and Design, and of course, sold real estate. Carrie’s the kind of agent who will help you paint or move and take you out for dinner after.
As a mother of four, a homeowner, and a fitness enthusiast, Carrie brings something you can’t teach: motivation. At Mahar, we believe in hard work and we recognize when someone has that drive in their DNA. Carrie’s joining us at just the right time, ready to help take Mahar Real Estate to the next level.
We’re proud to be growing. We’re growing deeper into the communities we serve. Homeownership is still at the heart of the American Dream, and we believe local agents with home grown roots make all the difference. We know the back roads, the backstories, and the value of a good neighbor.
There’s a vintage Buick ad on my wall from 1928 that reads, “Look to the leader for leadership. When better cars are built, Buick will build them.” At Mahar, we feel the same way about real estate. When better agents are out there, we find them and when better service is expected, we deliver it. .
Welcome aboard, Carrie. Let’s get more done.
