Zoom Movement Series with Sondra Loring
The Claverack Free Library Presents:
Zoom Movement Series with Sondra Loring
Re-Imagine Your Story: Moving with Joy, Moving with Ease
Mondays in June | 10:00 a.m.
June 1, 8, 15, 22
Come put a spring in your step with Sondra for this free four-week movement series through your favorite library’s offering of online classes! We’ll warm up using a chair (not always sitting in it), and have fun with simple movement practices to music from all different eras. This class is for all bodies, no dance experience needed. Join in to keep yourself moving and strong, with some laughter, and plenty of kindness. In addition, you will be invited to share in viewing and discussing a choreographic process, as Sondra works on an online community dance project.
Sondra Loring, choreographer, toured the world as a NYC dance artist, and now happily resides in the Hudson Valley. She directs Sadhana Center for Yoga, and the Sadhana Service Project in Hudson, bringing yoga to local prisons, jails and recovery centers.
This project is supported by the New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Program through the Greene County Council on the Arts
