Winter Hike

There is so much to enjoy about being outdoors in the winter season despite the cold temperatures. Join Whale of a Trail Adventures and the Columbia Land Conservancy for a relaxed winter hike to learn about identifying animal activity, winter outdoor safety, navigation, the science of snow (if we get any!) and more.

Details:

• Fee: FREE

• Registration: Required via CLC

• Challenge Level: Low

• Distance: 1-1.5 miles over flat and low grade trails

• Recommended Age: 10+

• Wear: Weather appropriate layered clothing and shoes such as hat, gloves/mittens, leg gaiters, neck gaiter, micro-spikes, etc. Questions? Reach out!
