The Rocky Horror Show (fully-staged musical)
After a wildly popular and successful rendition of Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show, produced in 2021 to mark the 10th anniversary of R’ville Stage Creations, the community theater organization is poised to outdo itself with a subsequent production of the 1970s cult classic. Set in an abandoned traveling sideshow, this creatively reimagined interpretation recasts Dr. Frank-N-Furter as the ringmaster of a twisted circus and his phantoms as sideshow “freaks.”
Based in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains in Upstate New York, R’ville Stage Creations is a membership-based community organization that dedicated to bringing live theater and the performing arts to Albany and Greene Counties, and beyond.
