Perspectives on Landscape, Language, and Indigeneity: A Virtual Conversation with Artist Mark Igloliorte

The Olana Partnership is excited to host Mark Igloliorte (Inuk, Nunatsiavut) on Thursday, March 23rd at 6pm as part of our webinar series and you can register here for this event. During this webinar, Igloliorte will connect his featured work in our Chasing Icebergs exhibition with contemporary themes in language, indigeneity, and identity. Directly following his presentation, we will host a conversation between Igloliorte and Franchesca Hebert-Spence (Anishinaabe), an emerging scholar exploring kinship in visual art through an intersectional lens.

As always, participants of this webinar will have the opportunity to engage in the conversation during the Q & A portion of the program. Please view the attached flyer or go to our website for more event details. This virtual event is free and open to the public.

If you experience any difficulty accessing the content for this webinar or would like to receive a link to the recording, please feel free to contact Lauren Miller at The Olana Partnership by phone 518-751-6857 or email at lmiller@olana.org.
