Nothing But Chardonnay Wine Class at Copake Wine Works

I’m going out a limb with this one – an all Chardonnay tasting! Yes, I can already hear it: I HATE Chardonnay!!! Trust me – this tasting will be a way to prove that’s not true. I’ll pop open bottles from a range of places in a range of styles (including sparkling.) If you taste through all of these and don’t find a bottle you like, then you can officially say you don’t like Chardonnay.

Details: This will be a seated educational session with Copake Wine Works founder and educator, Christy Frank. We’ll provide bread or crackers (and spit cups) per standard tasting protocol, but the focus will be firmly on the wine. Consider it an excellent break between meals. We’ll keep it to an hour, but if you want to stick around and chat post-official tasting, we’ll happily oblige!
