Mindful Drinking 101

Join us for a special evening with Lodro Rinzler, Kinderhook resident, long-time meditation teacher and best-selling author of The Buddha Walks into a Bar, for a night mixing mindfulness and, well, drinking.

We will gather to practice a quick meditation followed by an applied mindfulness exercise where we learn to truly smell, taste, and be present with some tastes of wine curated by our shop.

You will leave with tips on how to build your own meditation practice at home and maybe even a few bottles of wine for practice!
