Songful Kabbalat Shabbat Services with Rabbinic Intern, prayer leader, and artists Hadar Ahuvia 

Join Rabbinic Intern Hadar Ahuvia for a collective evening of soulful singing and prayer to welcome the Sabbath. We’ll chant and sing through old and new melodies, through texts that have sustained our people for millennia. Shabbat is said to offer a taste of the world that is coming. Together, we’ll call out and sing this world into being.

This service seeks to be accessible to all, while following the full Friday evening liturgy. It is open to folks of all ages, levels of familiarity, and observance.

Hadar Ahuvia is a rabbinical student at Hebrew College, she has been working as an artist and prayer leader and Jewish educator in Brooklyn for over 10 years. She is delighted to connect to her extended community in Hudson, meet new people, and share her love for a justice seeking Judaism.
