Anti-Racism Training

In Our Own Voices (IOOV) will host an Anti-Racism Training for Columbia County’s LGBTQA community.

This facilitated discussion/presentation will allow participants to examine and identify the various ways in which racism continues to manifest itself in today’s society and how they may be unintentionally contributing to/reinforcing racist systems; Participants will also be able to discuss the difference between “not being racist” and being anti-racist. Participants are encouraged to come with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and to engage.

This training is free but registration is required. You will be emailed the link and password to access the presentation via Zoom. Please download Zoom in advance and create an account.
