Hudson Valley Fisheries Pop-Up
Join Talbott & Arding for a pop-up event by our friends at Hudson Valley Fisheries and sample seared steelhead trout and smoked items.
Fresh fish and smoked fish will be available for purchase at the tent outside of the Partition St. entrance.
Learn about this pristine, delicious fish sustainably raised in a nearby land-based closed and contained recirculating aquaculture system. A salmon cousin, New York Steelhead from Hudson Valley Fisheries is raised without antibiotics, hormones or harsh chemicals. The fish is free of mercury and microplastics.
