Frenchy And The Punk

Frenchy and the Punk are a Euro-American Acoustic Alternative post-punk cabaret duo based in New York City. They were listed in the top 25 duos in May 2012 by Yahoo Music Blog’s List of the Day.[1] Punk guitarist Scott Helland, originally from the bands Deep Wound and Outpatients, formed Frenchy and the Punk with singer Samantha Stephenson in 2005.

Dust Bowl Faeries (trio)
Dust Bowl Faeries is a faerie-tale fusion of dark cabaret, gothic polka and post-punk music. The band’s eclectic repertoire of songs draw inspiration from circus songs, murder ballads and Eastern European folk tunes. Ryder Cooley, faerie leader, plays accordion and saw. She will be joined by Jon B. Woodin (guitar) and Liz LoGiudice (bass) for this special trio performance.

Century House maintains a museum on the history of the Snyder Estate, the industrial history of the Rosendale Cement District, and Rosendale history in general. The Society also presents many benefit performances in its unique Widow Jane Mine, and occasionally presents a site specific outdoor sculpture exhibition and site-wide festivals.

The Snyder Estate grounds are open for walks and self guided tours from 10AM to 6PM daily during the spring, summer, and early fall, 10AM to 4PM during late fall through early spring. The Estate will be closed when the Widow Jane Mine freezes over until the Spring when it has definitely thawed.
