FREE Women’s Walking Group!
Our Women’s Walking Group is Back!
Hosted with the Hudson Area Library
Join us for the first walk of the season on Saturday, June 7 at 9:30 AM, meeting at the Hudson Area Library (51 N 5th Street).
*MEET other like-minded women interested in wellness and building healthy routines this summer
*WALK for movement, connection, and conversation—sharing your goals, challenges, and wins
*SHOP the local farmers market at 6th & Columbia for fresh produce, recipe ideas, and inspiration for the week ahead
The group will meet the first Saturday of each month in June, July, and August. Together, we’ll take a relaxed loop through Hudson—getting to know one another, enjoying movement, and building a sense of community. Each walk will wrap up at the farmers market, so you can shop, share and leave feeling refreshed and prepared for the week ahead.
This group is hosted by the Hudson Area Library in collaboration with Angelica Rogers, founder of BOA Wellness. As a certified health coach and personal trainer, Angelica supports women in building sustainable habits in key areas like nutrition, movement, and stress management. Her warm, practical approach is rooted in helping clients discover what truly motivates them—and creating personalized strategies that evolve with their lives. With a strong belief in progress over perfection, she’s passionate about helping women feel stronger, more energized, and more confident every day.
This is a FREE community event and children are welcome to join.
