Clean Slate Town Hall

On Saturday, August 23rd, Hudson/Catskill Housing Coalition and NYS Senator Michelle Hinchey will host a Town Hall in Hudson on New York’s Clean Slate Act — a state law that seals certain past conviction records to help more New Yorkers build a future and reduce barriers to jobs, housing, and education. Advocates and community leaders, including the Senate sponsor of the Clean Slate Act, Senator Zellnor Myrie, will explain what the law does and how it will impact lives and strengthen communities across New York State.
