Mad Hat Slam: FREE Wearable-Art Workshop

Drop in to our all-ages Mad Hat Slam! Veteran parade artists will be on hand to get you started with basic materials, tools, as well as upcycled offcuts and assorted accoutrements. And feel free to bring your own bling, colorful accents, and accessories.

Come join the fray for a fun afternoon of millinery magic from Noon to 5PM at Hudson Youth Center (use side entrance on alley).

This project is made possible in partnership with Friends of Hudson Youth, with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by CREATE Council on the Arts.

Once you’ve made your millinery marvel, come join the Hudson Mad Hatters’ Parade on Saturday May 10 at 3PM.
