This week we’re halfway through 2025, celebrating July Fourth, and a nice feature in Chronogram Magazine. It was called “Hustle and Heart”, which truly sums up who we are and who I ‘M’. We’re working hard, smart, and personal. Just how I built the company.
We’ve already hit over $12 million in closed and in-contract sales this year, and we’re just getting started. Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster, Saratoga. Buyers, sellers, flippers, locals, city returners. The phones haven’t stopped, and neither have we.

If you want to see that hustle and heart in action, come to Home-Cooked this Tuesday, July 8th at Padrona, right here in Hudson. Charlie Brassard, who some of you know as an agent on our team, former restaurant owner, Culinary Institute of America trained chef is hosting a fried chicken dinner to benefit Columbia County Recovery Kitchen.

Now, let’s talk about the Fourth. You’ll hear a lot about freedom this week. But to me, the real American dream is still having a piece of land, a porch, a kitchen, something with your name on the deed. Whether it’s a little fixer-upper or a place in the woods with a view, owning something changes how you move through the world.

It’s not easy. It never was. But it’s worth it. And it’s still possible, especially if you’ve got the right team in your corner.
If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just need a reality check on what’s out there, give us a call. Or just swing by the chicken dinner. Either way, we’ll be around.
With gratitude and eyes on the road ahead,
